Characteristics
Dark amber with warm reddish tones, this honey has a rich, smooth texture and a beautifully intense aromatic character. The herbal notes of thyme meet the deeper, distinctive character of eucalyptus, creating a complex and full-flavoured honey with a lingering finish.
