Characteristics
In the lower lands of Troodos near a reverbed full of majestic eucalyptus trees where we usually get a great harvest. This year the summer was mild and our bees except eucalyptus they manage to collect nectar from wild thyme bushes. The result is amazing intensive taste of walnut on the palette and also some notes of the warmth of English toffee mix with a cedar wood aroma.
The diastase number of 40.1! It is exceptionally height and places this honey up on the list of the healthiest honey in the world.
