Myrtus Honey 2025

In the lower lands of Troodos near a reverbed full of Myrtus trees where we usually get a great harvest. This year the summer was hard and our bees they manage to collect nectar from the Myrtus trees. Myrtus honey is characterized by its clear, light color and fresh, sweet, but slightly resinous flavor, often with a lingering aroma reminiscent of the myrtle plant. It has a clear, fragrant scent that can be calming and aid in cases of insomnia or nervousness.

The diastase number of 36,7! It is exceptionally height and places this honey up on the list of the healthiest honey in the world.
